Letitia “Tish” Long - September 19

Ms. Letitia “Tish” Long was appointed Deputy Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) on May 14, 2006. immediately prior to this position, she served as the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, Requirements and Resources.
Ms. Long entered federal service with the Navy in 1978, and has held positions including Deputy Director of Naval Intelligence, Director of Central Intelligence's (DCI) Executive Director for Intelligence Community Affairs, and Associate Executive Director for Intelligence Community Affairs in Langley.
Ms. Long was selected into the Senior Intelligence Executive Service in July 1994 and was made Director of Requirements, Plans, Policy, and Programs for the Navy N2 staff and Director of Resource Management for the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI).
Ms. Long was on rotational assignment from ONI to the DIA. In 1996, Ms. Long joined DIA as the Deputy Director for Information Systems and Services where she directed DIA's worldwide information technology and communications programs. Ms. Long also was DIA's first Chief Information
Mr. Robert S. Zitz - June 29,2006

Mr. Robert S. Zitz is the Deputy Undersecretary for Preparedness within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Zitz served within the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) as a key leader behind the transformation of the agency into a fully integrated geospatial intelligence provider. In his various roles, Mr. Zitz and his team provided the blueprint, and many of the technology solutions, to achieve a Full Spectrum, persistent surveillance capability at NGA.
Mr. Zitz has also spent time throughout his career within the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (ODCSINT) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). He has received numerous awards for exceptional performance during his career, including the DCI's National Intelligence Medal of Achievement, the NGA Distinguished Service Medal, and the Army Superior Civilian Service Award.
